Donovan Mitchell made a strong comeback after an eight-game absence, leading the Utah Jazz to a 125-102 victory over the Brooklyn Nets on Friday night (Saturday morning GMT), in the NBA.
Mitchell, who recovered from a concussion, scored 27 points and Bojan Bogdanovich added 19, for the Utah Jazz to earn their 32nd win of the season for 21 defeats.
Cam Thomas, on the other hand, scored 30 points for the Brooklyn Nets, but the team suffered its seventh consecutive defeat and 23rd of the season for 29 victories.
The Brooklyn Nets missed the efforts of James Harden, Kevin Durant, LaMarcus Aldridge and Joe Harris because of injuries.
Nikola Vucevic scored 36 points, 17 rebounds and four assists, his best record of the season, and DeMar DeRozan added 31 points, beating the Chicago Bulls 122-115 to take their season-high 33-19 defeats.
Carris Levert also scored his best record of the season and scored 42 points for the Indiana Pacers, but the team suffered its 35th defeat of the season against 19.
The Cleveland Cavaliers beat the Charlotte Hornets 102-101, taking advantage of the brilliance of Garrett Allen, who had the best record of his career with 29 points and 22 rebounds, and Kevin Love, who scored 25 points and starred in the final seconds.
